My first pet portrait commission having moved to Seaton. This is a pastel portrait of Fred, a handsome Black Labrador. I was given an excellent photo to work from which made things so much easier. I can't think of a time that I have ever done smooth haired dog that was not in pencil so this was a new but very pleasant challenge for me.
